Penso che in questo caso specifico, trattandosi di medici, sia più appropriato tradurre con "auto di servizio" piuttosto che "auto aziendale".

Esiste una catena in UK e Spagna che si chiama Crown Hire, e questo mi ha in parte confuso e in parte chiarito le idee.
