Are you bilingual skilled communicator fluent in both English and another language?

We have an exciting opportunity for bilingual individuals to join our team at a large 7-day conference in Philadelphia. As a Bilingual Language Support Agent, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations at the registration desk.

Responsibilities:

Bilingual Assistance: Provide friendly and efficient assistance to conference attendees in both English and the designated second language.
Registration Support: Assist with attendee check-in, badge distribution, and answering queries related to the event.
Information Dissemination: Share essential conference details, schedules, and directions with participants.
Problem Solving: Address any issues or concerns promptly and professionally.
Collaboration: Work closely with fellow team members to create a positive experience for all attendees.

Qualifications:

Bilingual Proficiency: Fluent in English and another language (e.g., Spanish, French, Mandarin, etc.).
Customer Service Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills and a friendly demeanor.
Adaptability: Able to handle a dynamic environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Professionalism: Represent our company and the conference with professionalism and enthusiasm.
Availability: Must be available during conference hours.
